Rachel Johnson, LPC- Associate

Supervised by Robyn D Reyna, LPC-S, RPT-S

There are dozens to hundreds of people we interact with each day online and in person, it can feel impossible to have any kind of voice, much less be truly seen.  We have so much pressure to mask and hide who we are to fit in and meet expectations. For some, this means hiding aspects of your culture, your neurodivergence, your sexuality, your style of expressing ourselves and our emotions. No matter what the reason, no one should have to mask who they are to belong, because no one can thrive when they are masking the best parts of themselves for fear of judgment.

Even when people desperately want to explore their authentic selves, so many people avoid therapy due to a fear of being judged instantly for wanting help or a fear that the problem really is them and there is no help to get. Despite these fears, therapy can help you find the path to your authentic self and to achieve your goals. I provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your authentic self, find your strengths, and achieve your goals without risking judgment or criticism.

In my office, you are safe to explore different versions of yourself, process uncomfortable emotions, learn new ways to connect with your family and friends, and truly feel connected to yourself. We work together to figure out who you are, who you want to be, and how to get there. At the end of our time, you will have everything you need to have a strong voice in this noisy world, connect with those you love and achieve any goal you set your mind to.
